TRACKING YOUR ORDER
When your order is ready, we will send you an email with all the shipping information and a link to track it through the delivery company. If this link doesn’t work, don’t worry. The delivery company takes a few hours to input the tracking information into their systems,so it may take up to 24 hours (up to 48 hours for shipments outside USA) to be updated.

Once it leaves Monster Digital’s warehouse, it will be delivered within 24 hours. For shipments outside USA, the time will depend on the destination country, as it may go through customs and tariffs that generate some extra time for delivery.
APPLICABLE TAXES
The price of the marketed products is indicated next to the descriptive sheet of each one of them and includes the Value Added Tax (VAT). If any other tax were applicable, this would be indicated.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
If you receive a defective or wrong product, send us images where the defect is clearly shown so that we can verify it through this form and give you a solution.
WRONG ORDER
If you receive your order incorrectly, send us an image through this form where you can see everything you have received with their respective references in the package and we will give you a solution once the content has been verified.
EXCHANGES FOR ORDERS
If you wish to exchange one or more items from your order, we need you to inform us through this form. You have a period of 30 days from the date of receipt to request the exchange.
Please Note that we only accept exchange for orders that damaged, wrong print and faded designs.
RETURNS FOR ORDERS
You must access this form to process the return. You have 30 days from the date of receipt to request the return of your order. The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. We will arrange the collection of the package to be returned at your print provide, properly prepared for return. The return shipping costs ($4.99) will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.
To prepare your package, it’s enough to wrap it in a courier bag or a well-sealed, sturdy bag. The courier will place the label on the package. Once we receive it and check that it’s in good condition, we will proceed to refund the price of the items, deducting the return shipping cost. This refund will be issued in the same form that you used for payment.
There are some situations where only partial refunds can be guaranteed:
- Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to us.
- Any item for which the return is requested past 30 days from the receipt.
If you’ve followed all these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us through our form.
ABOUT THE MANUFACTURING OF OUR PRODUCTS
In order to make each of our t-shirts, the textile, handling, design and printing are necessary. In each and every one of the parties we make sure that all the people involved have a decent salary and conditions.
The manipulation, the design and the printing are carried out in United States of America, where we personally verify this fact.
We only work with suppliers that assure us and certify that they offer decent salary and working conditions, specifically:

Payment Questions
PAYMENT METHODS
The current payment methods accepted are PayPal and credit or debit card. We do not accept other payment methods such as cash on delivery or transfer. If you have any problem when completing the payment, you can try accessing with other devices (PC, mobile, tablet, …) or with other browsers (Safari, Chrome, Mozilla, …).
If you pay by card, make sure that you agree to make purchases online and if it is a wallet card that you have at least $1 more than the amount of the order. If you still get an error, send us a screenshot so that we can see exactly the error that appears and we can solve it.
